I created BUILT 4 BALL to be a trusted resource for basketball players looking to improve the way they eat, train and lead.

The work you do outside of regular practice hours is what separates the good from the great. Everyone goes out and plays basketball… this is the minimum needed to compete. However, great players put the extra work in the weight room and the kitchen to give them the edge on their competition.  

This site is not meant to replace the skill training that you do with your coaches because there’s no substitute for playing basketball.  Instead, my goal is to help you eat healthier, train smarter and lead better, which will enhance your skills and improve your team.
